FAQ

Who is this site and the software sold on it intended for?

This site, all its materials (articles, instructions, news, etc.), as well as software posted on the site, are intended ONLY for specialists in the field of tuning (modernization) of electronic control systems of vehicles, with practical experience in diagnostics, repair and tuning of electronic control systems.

How to buy software?

Just add the desired software to your cart, pay for the purchase and download the zip file with the modified software. If your e-mail address is correct, your order will also be sent to your mailbox.
Please download the purchased file within 8 hours.

Do you provide support for purchased files? Can I request minor changes and how much will it cost?

Yes, I provide full support on all my modifications. Since I am not in the business of reselling other people’s modifications, I can make minor changes according to your customer’s requirements.

In most cases I will do it for free. But if you need some non-standard complex customization – the cost may increase many times over.

What if the software I need is not in the catalog?

In this case, you can order a custom ecu remap file for your requirements.
You can fill in the form or just write to me.

Do you work with all makes of cars?

I can modify the software of a lot of engines, but of course not all of them.
Only modified software that has received positive feedback from customers is posted on the website.
But even if your brand is not in the catalog, I probably have a lot of experience with very similar engines of another brand.

Why should I buy software from you? (Why are you better than other masters?)

I’ve been doing chip tuning for over 10 years, modified tens of thousands of softs.
I am always on the line and ready to answer your questions. I work even on weekends and holidays.
Very rarely you can write to me and not get an answer, because I am not at the workplace.

Where can I read reviews or reports on your software?

My customers post reviews under purchased firmware, as well as write to me personally.
All reviews in one page can be viewed on a special section on this site.

What modifications of ECU software do you make?

Most popular mods:

  • mods to increase power and improve acceleration dynamics (stage1);
  • mods to disable emission reduction systems (Euro2,Decat, EGR_off, DPF_off, etc.);
  • other variants (for example, for some cars I can disable immobilizer).

Read more on the page Service description and abbreviations.

What if I already bought stage1 and now I need stage1_e2. Do I have to pay the full amount again?

Yes, you have to pay full price.

I have a question about the software. How can I ask it?

Feel free to text me in any way listed here. You can write in English or in your native language. I can use translators 🙂

I mistakenly bought software. Can I return it?

Software is a digital product. I.e. a product reproduced on technical media. Such goods are not subject to return or exchange for a similar product. Therefore, you cannot return the firmware you bought.

I can’t write the files to the ECU. What do I do?

Contact tech support of the loader program you are using to work with the ECU.

But if you are sure that the problem is in my file (e.g. you can write stock file to ECU without problems), then contact me for consultation.

What loader do you make files for?

I make regular binaries without linking to a specific loader. You can use the one you are used to. I described the most popular loaders in my article Best ECU programming tools.

Fuel consumption has increased on your tuning file. What should I do?

My modifications usually reduce fuel consumption in normal city driving.

The problem is usually the customer’s suspicion. After chip tuning, the client starts testing his car in extreme modes, so the consumption increases.
